Ways to pay

You’ve done all the hard work of completing your fundraising, so how do you send us your life-changing money?

Please try and send in your donations as you receive them

If this is not possible then within 4 weeks of completing your event. That way we can ensure your fundraising gets to the people who need it the most.

Please do not send cash in the post

Keep the cash and send us the money using one of the ways below:

Online Fundraising Page

If you have fundraised via an online fundraising page on Facebook, Justgiving or Virgin Money the money will come to us automatically so you don’t need to do anything. If you have collected any cash in person, you can pay this into your own bank account and then donate directly to your fundraising page.

Pop a cheque payable to Royal British Legion Industries in an envelope with your name, address, contact number and email along with details of how you raised the money or your paper sponsorship form and send to:

Online

You can pay offline donations through our website or by setting up an online fundraising page with our partners Just Giving or Facebook

Gift Aid
Gift Aid is great as it means we can claim 25p on every £1 donation at no extra cost to you or your supporters. Online pages enable your supporters to automatically Gift Aid their donation.
Matched Giving
In many larger companies, a matched giving scheme is in operation whereby the employer will match your fundraising income pound for pound. This is an easy way to double your income! Check whether your employer operates a matched giving scheme – either your HR or finance department should know.

Don’t Forget!

Whichever option you choose please remember to send in your completed sponsorship forms, so we can claim Gift Aid. This can add an extra 25% to every donation at no extra cost to you or your sponsors.
