Housing Support for Veterans
The RBLI Village in Aylesford is Britain’s largest veterans village, providing care to ex-military personnel and their families at any point in their lives. It offers programs such as the Step-In initiative to support veterans struggling with mental health, as well as care in our specialist nursing homes.
Employment Through Our Social Enterprise
Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company provides employment to armed forces veterans. BBMC is a factory like no other and is the UK’s leading signage manufacturer, offering high-quality services to customers across the country while helping veterans and those with disabilities find meaningful employment.

Our Lifeworks programme offers tailored employability support to Armed Forces veterans and the families of those currently serving. Courses and assistance are customised to meet the specific needs of individuals, and our specialist advisors are available throughout your journey to help you find the opportunity that is right for you.

“RBLI HAS GIVEN ME A SECOND LIFE”
Aged just 23, Anil was serving in Afghanistan when he stepped on an IED and lost his leg. He thought his life was over. However, following his rehabilitation, we provided him with a job in our social enterprise, Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company. Now, he works as a sign maker and is part of a team producing signs for roads and railways across the UK.
