WHO WE HELP
At RBLI we help Armed Forces veterans and their families in their time of need and support them to live the most independent lives. Since 1919 we have been providing homes, welfare and employment support to veterans and people with disabilities.
WHAT WE DO
Our dedicated teams can provide support at any stage of a veteran’s life; from emergency accommodation and welfare for the most vulnerable, to our award-winning employment programme Lifeworks, to providing family homes and nursing care.

could provide hot, nutritious meals to a veteran for two days after arriving on our village.

could provide fresh bedding for a veteran in our emergency accommodation.

could provide a specialist counselling session to a veteran suffering with PTSD.

We are proud to be home of the Tommy. Inspired by an Army soldier from WW1, Tommy represents all branches of the Armed Forces and stands for the dedication and sacrifices they have all made.

Anil’s Story
“RBLI HAS GIVEN ME A SECOND LIFE”
– Anil, Afghanistan Veteran
Aged just 23, Anil stepped on an IED whilst serving in Afghanistan and lost his leg. He thought his life was over. However, following his rehabilitation we provided him with a job in our social enterprise, Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company where he still works as part of the team.
